Hi There,

Welcome back to the latest edition of T5 Data Centers’ monthly sustainability newsletter – Forever Green!

In this issue, we are excited to highlight our partnership with nZero, a carbon management platform company that tracks carbon emissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in real-time. T5’s partnership with nZero enables us to measure energy, emissions, and utility information to gather more transparent, efficient, and reliable digital carbon tracking throughout our data center portfolio and is a type of collaborative sustainability model springing up across our industry. To learn more about nZero and the work T5 is doing to support sustainability efforts for our customers, industry, and the planet, read our partner spotlight.

We are also excited to announce our upcoming JSA Virtual Roundtable on September 22 at 1pm ET, Getting to Carbon Zero & The iMasons Climate Accord where Craig McKesson, Chief Customer & Marketing Officer will be joined by nZero’s CEO, Adam Kramer, and Dean Nelson, Chairman and Founder of Infrastructure Masons. As we talked about in last month’s Forever Green issue, The iMasons Climate Accord (ICA) is a historic cooperative of companies committed to reducing carbon in digital infrastructure materials, products, and power. In this discussion, these leaders will discuss why it is essential to have industry adoption of an open standard to report carbon in data center materials and products, carbon intensity in power consumption, and a maturity model to report participant progress. Register here. And if you are one of the first 100 industry professionals to register, you will get a free lunch delivered to your door to enjoy during the event!

There are so many ways to incorporate sustainable practices into our work and our lives. From green housekeeping to sourcing vendor partners committed to sustainability, to exploring renewable materials, it all starts with just one foot forward.

As always, if you have sustainability news and initiatives to share, please let us know! As a global leader in data center leasing and development, construction, and facilities management, we know that by working together we can change our industry and the world.
