Critical Facilities Technician

An experienced data center technician, Eric has worked for large enterprise companies but prefers the small family feel that T5 offers. Currently working towards his general contractor license and hoping to one day be scuba diving certified, Eric’s easy-going personality makes him popular with the team.

What most surprised you about T5?  

One of the biggest things that has surprised me about T5 is that it’s a big family.

The sky is the limit at T5, if you think it, you can achieve it, and they will support you every step of the way!

What do you love about your job at T5 and what makes you passionate about your work?

I love that I can exercise my troubleshooting, creative problem-solving, and communication skills. Every new challenge I encounter enables me to expand my skill set and my knowledge base.

Tracy has been a part of the T5 team for almost 5 years. Working as a Senior Corporate Accountant, Tracy is motivated in her position by T5’s inclusive culture. “The culture surprised me the most.  I have worked in the corporate world for most of my career and this is the first company where everyone is approachable.  Your opinion matters and is heard.” Aside from the environment, Tracy credits much of her professional growth to the support from her managers to always stay learning.

Keith, who honed his craft as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy, has now worked with T5 as a Critical Facilities Technician for almost 3 years. He supports both his team and customers through on-going operational training. Throughout his time with T5, his professional success lends to some of his proudest moments. “My greatest accomplishment with T5 would have to be helping to develop Level 1 and 2 training documents at five different sites throughout the portfolio. I enjoy traveling to a new site and learning the differences and similarities of each site. It’s really incredible how each site can have drastically different configurations but still strive to meet our ‘Forever On’ goal.”
