Pete Marin
President, Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer of T5 Data Centers, Pete is responsible for setting the overall strategy of the firm, maintaining client relationships, capital management, and creating and executing the firm’s vision for growth. A graduate of Virginia Tech, with a BS in Finance, Pete’s understanding of end-user needs has enabled T5 Data Centers to reduce project cycle-time and cost, which leads to successful relationships, and repeat business.

Jimmy Bailey
Chief Development Officer
Jimmy Bailey leads T5’s domestic and international development activities for all of T5’s data centers. With a BS in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, Jimmy directs the design, engineering, construction and commissioning efforts for every T5 project and is responsible for making sure every project delivers at or below budget and on schedule.

Aaron Wangenheim
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron serves as the Chief Operating Officer for T5 Data Centers where he manages the performance of T5’s existing assets ensuring quality, efficiency, consistency and cost effectiveness in all aspects of operations within T5 Data Centers. Additionally, Aaron is responsible for all customer-facing activities, as he drives growth and expansion into new markets for both new and existing projects including merger and acquisition opportunities. Aaron is a graduate of UCLA with a BS in Economics.
Favorite Sports Team: San Francisco Giants
Favorite Hobby: Sailing
Hidden Talent: I can fix anything. All I need is duct tape.
Favorite Book: Biographies. Political figures, business leaders, athletes and adventurers

Peter Almond
Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of T5, Peter manages the full scope of financial strategy and execution. This includes developing and implementing strategic financing solutions to support T5’s growth as well as ensuring accurate financial reporting for company-wide decision making. Peter has a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Favorite Sports Team: Atlanta United and New York Mets.
Hidden Talent: Competent bridge player.
Favorite Book: Anything by Michael Lewis (with a slight edge to Moneyball).
Favorite Aspect of Working at T5: Very collaborative team that realizes serving customers well creates good outcomes for everyone.

Craig McKesson
Chief Customer Officer
A former U.S. Air Force officer who helped launch GPS satellites into orbit, as Chief Customer Officer, Craig leads the cross-functional management of T5’s customer engagement and success programs along with the development and execution of all corporate marketing and communications strategies. Craig holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Favorite Sports Team: Green Bay Packers – I’m not just a fan, I’m a shareholder!
Favorite Hobby: An aspiring Chef, I developed my cooking skills at The Culinary Institute of America’s, CIA Bootcamp.
Hidden Talent: I’m a reformed ski-racer and am learning to find my way around the fretboard like an 80’s rocker!
Favorite Book: Kitchen Confidential – Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly, by Anthony Bourdain – along with a bookshelf full of cookbooks that I typically read front to back like novels.

Frank Lyles
Chief Business Officer
As Chief Business Officer for T5, Frank Lyles is responsible for asset acquisitions, sale-lease back transactions, data center site selection, compliance and management of T5’s legal affairs.
Frank has a BS in Industrial Management & Finance from Clemson University and an MBA – Real Estate Finance from Georgia State University.

Robbie Sovie
Executive Vice President, Development and Construction
As EVP of Development and Construction, Robbie is the leader of T5’s Construction Services division, where he sets the overall vision and business strategy. He holds the general contractors license and/or business license for construction activity across the organization. Robbie holds a degree in Construction Management from Western Carolina University.
Favorite Sports Team: Chicago Bulls from the 90’s.
Favorite Hobby: Hanging with family, fly fishing, hunting, camping.
All Time Favorite TV Show or Movie: It’s a tie: Seinfeld & The Office.

Jonathan Lichtenfels
Executive Vice President, Critical Facility Management
Jonathan leads the day to day operations of T5’s Facility Management division, where he oversees the planning and execution of business strategies related to critical facility management, operations, processes, procedures, safety, and training.
Jonathan holds BS from the University of Hartford and a Master’s in Architecture from Boston Architectural College
Favorite Sports Team: New England Patriots (even without Tom Brady).
Favorite Hobby: With three boys, my time for hobbies are limited. Right now I enjoy running (to keep my svelte physique), and at times work with friends and family members on designing kitchen remodels, basement renovations, and additions to their homes.
Favorite Book: “The Happiness Advantage–How a Positive Brain Fuels Success in Work and Life” by Shawn Anchor. I re-read this book every so often when I get myself into a “funk.”

Tim Bright
Executive Vice President, Hyperscale/International Markets
Tim is responsible for leasing T5’s international portfolio of Tier III, concurrently maintainable and fault tolerant enterprise grade data centers, focusing on large enterprise and hyper-scale markets, and custom build-to-suit pursuits. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Building Construction & Finance from the University of Florida.
Favorite Sports Team: Florida Gators
Favorite Hobby: Soccer, followed closely by golf.
Hidden Talent: I’m not a bad cook.

Jason Chartrand
Executive Vice President, National Business Development
Jason Chartrand is responsible for sourcing new opportunities for T5, including customers for T5’s wholesale data center facilities and powered data center shells, build-to-suit opportunities and sale lease-back pursuits. As the primary point of contact for industry players, establishing new customer relationships in order to expand T5’s reach in the data center sector is his primary goal.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington & Lee University.
Favorite Sports Team: The Mighty Jaguars… Being from Jacksonville, I have to pull for the Jacksonville Jaguars (as long as they remain in Jax). I’ve succeeded in brainwashing my girls, 13 and 9 years old, to exclusively refer to the team as “The Mighty Jaguars.”Of course, my son (15) snickers and begs them not to refer to the team as such in public.
Favorite Hobby: Saltwater fly fishing. There’s nothing like standing on a 12-inch platform on the bow of a 17-ft flats boat just outside the breakers with a 10-wt in-hand and a crazed guide on his engine platform yelling “40 yards, moving left, cast now, 2 O’clock!!! NOW!!!”
Favorite Book: John Milton’s Paradise Lost. So many layers and stories within the epic poem, obviously a heavy dose of Christian lessons and just beautiful language.

Jason Walker
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Jason Walker is Senior Vice President of Business Development for T5 Data Centers. Most recently, he was Managing Director for the Cloud and Service Provider segment for Schneider Electric, responsible for sales, strategy and customer satisfaction for Schneider’s highest growth segment. Jason came to Schneider Electric through the acquisition of APC, where he began his career. He also has experience with Inflow (acquired by Sungard) helping launch their Atlanta data center.
Jason has more than 20 years of experience helping large and small corporations improve their enterprise IT infrastructure availability. He has been a key contributor at multiple events related to physical infrastructure of information technology, multi-tenant data centers and data center design. Jason Walker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and currently resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife and two children.

David Horowitz
Senior Vice President, Director of Sales
David serves as the Senior Vice President, Director of Sales for T5 Data Centers. David is responsible for overseeing business growth and promoting the T5 Data Centers global portfolio and full services capabilities. A graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, David’s role includes developing the go-to-market strategy for new markets and leading the national sales team with its strategic initiatives.
Favorite Sports Team: Minnesota Twins
Favorite Hobby: There isn’t a close second, Golf.
Hidden Talent: Gardening

Wendy Mehta
Vice President, Human Resources
Wendy leads and is responsible for all human resource-related activities across the organization, including personnel, benefits, training and recruiting. Wendy holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire.
Favorite Album or Most Memorable Concert: Alanis Morissette: Jagged Little Pill
Favorite Hobby: Travel, travel, and more travel.
All Time Favorite TV Show or Movie: The Wedding Planner. I’ve literally seen it at least 15 times.
