T5 Adds Industry Veteran

ATLANTA (March 19, 2012) – T5 Data Centers, an owner/operator of wholesale data centers and developer of purpose-built facilities for the enterprise data center market, announced today the addition of industry expert, Craig McKesson, to the firm.

Craig will be joining T5 as an Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Build-to-Suit Development division of T5 Data Centers. Possessing strong leadership skills and a diverse background in commercial real estate transactions, Craig will lead the business development and execution of T5’s single tenant build-to-suit, sale leaseback, and specialty development activities across North America.

Prior to T5 Data Centers, Craig was an executive vice president in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Tenant Representation group headquartered in Chicago specializing in global corporate headquarters, back-office / customer service and data center site selection and advisory services.

Prior to entering the world of Real Estate, Craig served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Stationed at the Space and Missile Systems Center in Los Angeles, Craig worked as a Project Engineer / Mission Manager on the Delta rocket program ensuring GPS satellites reached their intended orbit so that now they can help you find your way home.

Outside of the office, Craig serves as the Co-President of the City of Hope – Chicago
Construction and Real Estate Council and is also a member of the Chicago Regional Board of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation. Additionally, Craig has set his sights at becoming the next “Top Chef”, completing several culinary arts classes at Kendall College and The Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

Craig holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami (FL) and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
