IM100 AWARD

It’s our privilege to announce that our very own Craig McKesson, EVP Global Sales and Marketing Strategy, has been honored with the prestigious IM100 Award by Infrastructure Masons for his efforts in data center sustainability.

The 2023 award recipients included individuals who have significantly contributed to advancing and transforming the digital infrastructure industry. The winners span 15 countries and 68 different companies. Congratulations to all of the 2023 IM100 Award Winners!

Making a Splash at DCD Connect Virginia

This week at DCD Connect Virginia, Greg Pettine, T5 VP Business Development of Data Center Operations, spoke on a panel discussing the future of data centers in Northern Virginia, considered Data Center Alley. Along with other industry professionals, Pettine tackled topics that included the benefits and drawbacks of specific hub locations, managing risk while balancing density and dependability, and determining redundancy challenges due to the high concentration of centers in NOVA. Panelists included Buddy Rizer, Loudoun County Department of Economic Development, Ross Litkenhous, Dahlgren Innovation Hub, George Rockett, DatacenterDynamics, and Craig Huffman, Metro Edge Development Partners.

Our VP Global Operations, Steven Holland, also participated in a panel discussion on doing more with less regarding data center operations. This important debate included potential solutions and trends in data center operations while addressing ways to cut costs without uptime impact.

Panelists included Daniel Moore, CyrusOne, Vincent Calvo, Equinix, Jesse Sargent, Overwatch, Mark Gusakov, Uptime Institute, Marty Johnstone, RF Code, and George Rockett, DatacenterDynamics.
