Melissa Gurule

Director of Business Development
Melissa Gurule

As Director of Business Development, Melissa brings to the T5 team expertise on cloud and customer experience (CX) solutions. She has spent the last four years driving cloud adoption initiatives for a variety of industries, most notably: healthcare, financial services and higher education.

As campaign manager at Evariant, Melissa helped move leading hospital systems to the Evariant Platform solution.  Empowering healthcare providers to not only visualize their data, but to create a truly connected patient journey.

Most recently, Melissa served as a senior consultant for Oracle’s Customer Experience (CX) Suite. In this role, Melissa lead strategic consulting to help educate her clients as to which cloud solution best fit their needs, and once implemented, helped drive adoption across various levels of the organization. Engaging pre and post-sales, Melissa ensured transformation initiatives were being built in anticipation of her clients’ future business needs. Melissa’s innate curiosity and passion for understanding how her customers were adopting cloud solutions distinguished her approach and empowered her to forge strong partnerships with her clients. Ultimately, resulting in best in class solution strategies and execution plans.

Melissa holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Dayton, and a PMP certification from the PMI Institute. In addition to her professional commitments, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and two dogs, Rudy and Pep. Passionate about all things fitness and foodie – you’ll also find her teaching a boutique cycling class, or trying a new restaurant around Chicago.
